Welcome to Koh Phangan, an island in the Gulf of Thailand that’s misunderstood by most but loved by many:
The region’s premiere airline is Bangkok Airways. There are 20+ flights between Koh Samui and Bangkok everyday, as well as from Asian cities such as such as Hong Kong and Singapore. Once you are on Samui, there are many speedboat services that will get you to Phangan. Just ask at the airport or any travel agents.
We are a quick drive from both Tongsala and Haad Rin piers. Show the map below to the taxi driver and you will find us with no problem. The cost for the shared taxi ride should be between 100 – 200 THB per person.
Please plan on arriving to Koh Phangan by 1600 HRS (4 PM) on the first day of the retreat. Checkout from the resort is at the latest by 1400 HRS (2 PM) on the last day of the retreat. All yoga practice is done in the nude, with clothing-optional free time around the resort. Optional daily light excursions are scheduled, weather permitting. Kindly note that the theme of each retreat is subject to change. The yoga classes will encompass a variety of styles including Ashtanga vinyasa, Sivananda and partner yoga. Please contact us in order to reserve a spot.

Since 1997, Tom has studied several yoga methods, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Sivananda and Hatha yoga. He recently completed a 500-hour certification in India at Rishikesh and Kerala at the Sivananda ashram. “To me, yoga is the practice of right living and when integrated into our lives it can have profound benefits on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual lives. You do not have to be flexible or strong or have lots of stamina to do yoga. You just have to be willing to come to the mat!”
